Pew Cards: Visitors, please let us know you were here by filling out the Pew Card in the pew rack and put it in the offering plate.  Members, and friends, you can use the card to update information and alert us to any prayer needs.

“All You Need is Love” is the title of a sermon series Pastor Jack began April 27th. We are looking at the different kinds of love taught in the Bible and how we can become more loving and forgiving, and how we can form, sustain and deepen our relationships.

June 1st - How to become a member: Pastor Jack will hold a brief information meeting after church today. Grab a cup of coffee and meet with Pastor Jack to answer questions about how to become a member of MCC.

June 8th Children’s Sunday: A special worship service to honor and recognize the teachers and children of our Sunday School will be conducted by our Sunday School students.  Pastor Jack will preach and open the Good News Mystery Box. This month Teanna Hallett will bring the box. Bibles will be awarded to students entering Grade 3 in the fall.

June 12 – Ladies Group: will meet at the Fireside Restaurant in Sidney at 11:30 a.m.  Those who wish to carpool should be at the church by 11:00 a.m.  Following lunch, the ladies will go to the Colby Art Museum in Waterville.

August 11-15: Wilderness Escape VBS! Mark your calendars for this summer’s VBS: August 11-15 (the week after the Manchester Rec. Program ends).  We will caravan with Moses and the Israelites as they escape Egypt and watch God guide and provide.

MCC Cookbook: Recipe Collection Sheets are located on the back table in the sanctuary. Please read directions on back before completing form and leave them in the basket on the back table.  We are also looking for house hold tips and food related questions and answers to add to the book. Tentative deadline for receiving recipes is July 31st.

Church Calendar:  Please add your church events to the official calendar outside the secretary’s office (using the pen provided) to reserve the space and time you need.

Prayer Vine: In order to keep the prayer vine current & manageable please let the Church office or Pastor know of names that can be removed or added


Office Hours

Pastor Jack’s office hours are Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Of course he is always available for pastoral emergencies at 508-423-0705 (cell) or 207-737-2047 (home).
