Parents, please register your kids for the 2014-2015 year using the form in the classrooms and on the website.

New Sermon Series based on the Apostles’ Creed, the oldest (150 AD) and the most widely accepted Christian statement of faith.

Listen to Sermons on-line: Go to and click on “Pastoral Ministry” “Sermons”. If a sermon was a blessing to you, share it with a friend.

Volunteers needed for new MCC Tech Team:  Thanks to a generous gift from member Sonny Chavarie we will be installing a sound board in the balcony.  This will enable all microphones and instruments to be balanced for the most effective sound.  Adult and teen volunteers are needed to run the board.  Training will be provided.  Use the white pew card to sign-up.

Alpha This Fall:  Twenty-eight guests attended the Check-Out-Alpha Dinner to find out about this practical introduction to the Christian faith.  Ten have already registered for the 10-week fall course, which begins Thursday, Sept. 25 at 6:30 p.m.  Ten people who took alpha last winter will be doing the follow-up Beta Bible Study, led by Pastor Jack at the same time.  If you are interested or have questions about Alpha, see Alec Rogers or Kathy Daniel.  If you have taken Alpha and want information about Beta, See Pastor Jack.

Annabell Curtis, Organist: has received the Molina Health Care Community Champion Award for her volunteer work at Cohen Center in Hallowell.  There are only three awards given in Maine and Annabell received $1000 to give to her charity “Meals on Wheels”.  Congratulations Annabell
