We are delighted today to have Jason Strout bring today’s message.


Jason, his wife, Ita and children, Jonathan, Nicolas and Melanie are missionaries in Argentina.  We welcome Jason (Nephew to Leon & Terry Strout) to the pulpit and invite you to make a good-will offering in the special offering envelope provided with your bulletin.  The special offering will be used for Jason’s ministry.

Bible Study starts on February 16th at 6:00 p.m.: Pastor Don will teach this Bible Study on the “Acts of the Apostles”. All welcome!


Shrove (Fat) Tuesday, February 17th: Old Christian practice to get rid of the fat and sugar in the house by serving pan cakes the night before Ash Wednesday. The object is to get ready for “Fasting of Lent”.  It’s in many countries called “Mardi Gras” which mean Fat Tuesday. Open to Church families and friends. 


Special Membership Meeting: of the congregation on Sunday, March 1st to receive the report of the Pulpit Committee and vote on the Committee’s recommendation.


MCC Futures Cookbooks - $15.00: Start the New Year off preparing one of the many wonderful recipes in this beautiful cookbook.  Alone with First Lady Barbara Bush this cookbook also has a recipe from Maine First Lady Ann LePage & Senator Susan Collins .  Books available thru Arlene Gagnon, Debbie Maddox, Linda Cookson or Deanna Hallett.  Checks should be made payable to “MCC Futures”.

Volunteers needed for new MCC Tech Team:  Adult and teen volunteers are needed to run the sound board.  Training will be provided.  Use the white pew card to sign-up.
