Youth Group will meet today to go tubing in South China at 3:00 p.m   Directions are available. Sign-up is necessary along with permission slips.  See Debbie or Arlene.  

 

“Entering the Conversation” Class is being facilitated by Bev Savage & Pastor Don.  The discussions will be based on a new kind of Christianity.  Ten questions that are transforming the faith by Brian D. McLaren will be discussed.  One question is: Who is Jesus and why is He important?  This class is for everyone.  It will include laughter, joy, prayer, fellowship, listening, new knowledge and great discussions.  The day class starts on Tuesday, Feb. 21st at 10:00 a.m. and the evening class starts Thursday, March 9th at 6:00 p.m.  Ten used books have been ordered and the price is $6.00 or you may go to Barnes and Noble and order a new book for $16.00.  Sign up after the service with Bev Savage or Pastor Don.

 

Mark your calendar for the first in 2017 Cabin Fever Public Baked Bean & Casserole Supper on February 25th from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.  Signup sheets are on the bulletin board in Johnson Hall.

Pa. Sight & Sound Theatre Bus Trip to see “Jonah” arranged by Winthrop Methodist Church for May 8th - 11th.  Sign-up sheet available in Johnson Hall.  If interested please sign up ASAP.

Waterproof mittens, hats and new or used boots are needed for children at the Manchester Elementary School.  A drop-off box for donations is available in the back of the Sanctuary.
