Announcement Sheets for the Deacon of Day to read are available on the back table in the Sanctuary. 

October supper will be on the 4th Sat. (10/28/17) and it will be the only Turkey Pie Supper this year.  If you would like to donate and/or work on this supper signup sheets are available in Johnson Hall.

MCC Youth Group will provide pumpkins for carving downstairs at the church on Sun. (10-29-17) following the service for Youth Group members. All members need to sign up in Johnson Hall to reserve a place for carving for themselves and friends. Friends may attend but need to bring their own med. size pumpkin.  Donuts and cider will be provided.

We do have some carving supplies and carving design stencils.


(MIKA (karate) is hosting a Trunk and Treat event on Sat, (10-28-17) at the Parks & Oakhurst Mall off 202 from 4-6 p.m.  Many individuals and organizations will be there with more treats than tricks.  Please come in

costume and have a great time.) 


“A Touch of Christmas Fair”: Theme raffle baskets – Volunteers - The baskets below need to be turned in ASAP please3.  There will be a table in Johnson Hall to get your raffle ticket books to buy yourself or sell.         Thanks to all that are willing to help out.

Future’s Group is again sponsoring the Samanitan’s Purse Shoe Box Program filling boxes with items for children at Christmas in third world countries. These boxes may be all a child receives for Christmas.  Boxes, boy/girl labels and a list of suggested items are set up in front of the coat rack at the back of the sanctuary. Deadline to bring your filled box in is Sunday, Nov. 12th. Thank you for your continued support to this ministry.


Missions Committee donated $500 to the Deacons for the drive they did for the Salvation Army hurricane victims? Also, $50 went to Stacey Adams for her Haiti Trip/friend of Arlene Gagnon.


Augusta/Manchester Food Bank Annual Dinner/Auction will be held Nov. 4th.  See Annette for tickets.
