Jesus: A new vision by Marcus Borg will be the fall “focus” for the Discussion Group held on Wednesdays.  All are welcome. 


Nov. 9th Augusta/Manchester Food Bank Dinner & Auction.  Lets fill a table.  See Annette for tickets or to buy a kid’s pack for $10.00.


November 15th & 16th “Touch of Christmas Fair”. No further items can be accepted until we can organize all the items that have come in.

Food items needed for luncheon for fair are posted on the bulletin board in Johnson Hall.   Any donations are much appreciated.


Raffle tickets for five “A Touch of Christmas Fair Raffles” are available.  (Italian Basket or Kitchen Basket or Christmas Basket or Afghan or Quilt)

Tickets are $1.00 each or six for $5.00.  See Deanna or Joan


Future’s Group under Samaritan’s Purse is sponsoring “Christmas Shoe Box Program” for children in 3rd world counties.  Boxes are in the back of the sanctuary.. Nov 17th is the deadline for returning the filled boxes.  Shipping costs see Deanna or Joan, or there is a box labeled “Shipping Costs, if you would like to donate.
