I Love to Tell the Story I love to tell the sto-ry of un-seen things a-bove, Of Je-sus and His glo-ry, of Je-sus and His love; I love to tell the sto-ry be-cause I know ‘tis true, It sat-is-fies my long-ings as noth-ing else can do. I love to tell the sto-ry, for those who know it best Seem hun-ger-ing and thirst-ing to hear it like the rest; And when in scenes of glo-ry I sing the new, new song, “Twill be the old, old sto-ry that I have loved so long. Refrain: I love to tell the story: “Twill be my theme in glory…To tell the old, old story Of Jesus and His love. “He Lives” I serve a ris-en Sav-ior, He’s in the world to-day; I know that He is liv-ing, what-ev-er men may say; I see His hand of mer-cy, I hear His voice of cheer, And just the time I need Him He’s al-ways near. Re-joice, re-joice, O Chris-tian, lift up your voice and sing E-ter-nal hal-le-lu-jahs to Je-sus Christ the King! The Hope of all who seek Him, the Help of all who find, None oth-er is so lov-ing, so good and kind. Refrain: He lives, (He lives,) He lives, (He lives,) Christ Je-sus lives to-day! He walks with me and talks with me a-long life’s nar-row way. He lives, (He lives,) He lives, (He lives,) sal-va-tion to im-part! You ask me how I know He lives? He lives with-in my heart! “Seek Ye First” Seek ye first the king-dom of God And His righ-teous-ness, And all these things shall be add-ed un-to you… Al-le-lu, al-le-lu-la! Ask and it shall be giv-en un-to you, Seek and ye shall find, Knock and the door shall be o-pened un-to you… Al-le-lu, al-le-lu-ia! **********************************************
