A vote of the church membership will be held following today’s service to authorize funds to build an outside fire escape for our Sunday School rooms upstairs over Johnson Hall.  The project will be done in the next few weeks and has been voted on positively by the Trustees and the Executive Board.  The cost will be $6,500.00.
PASTOR DON is on vacation for the next two weeks but may be contacted in case of emergency (215-6838).  Next Sunday we will have the Reverend Jack Daniel in our pulpit.
The Augusta/ Manchester Food Bank is celebrating its 30th anniversary of service on Saturday, October 15 with a buffet and auction at the Calumet Club in Augusta.  Tickets are $30 per person and can be purchased at the Manchester Town Office or by calling Marcella at 623-9232.
Pastor Don is in the church office on Wednesday mornings from 9:00-12:00 and Fridays from 12:00-3:00 unless there is an emergency.  He can be reached anytime at 215-6838.
